Since the water is the main element inbuilt matrix presence of it had to be felt all over the house. A large-scale pool placed above ground culminated the intention of concept providing the client with ultimate relaxation. Glazed roof which brings in skylight enabled the flickers of reflections to dance on white walls all over the house. Glass walls gave options to experience the existence of water via new dimensions. It was technically difficult and even more challenging to construct. But with the commitment of all intended outcome was achieved.
The simple geometric block form and the gable roof which is the basic elements of the form of the house with scale and progression of the spaces came out creating a subtle balance in all the above aspects. The outcome was an architectural achievement that made this project important to us all.
